Ainsley's Cafe & Harbor Bar Job Responsibilities for Service Technician / Apprentice:
Performing, or learning to perform:
Mechanical repairs General boat maintenance Diagnostics on boats, motors, trailers.
Prepare new and used boats for sale.
Assist with launch and haul of boats to marina docks.
Opportunities to advance and attain technical certifications such as Fuel Systems, Ignition, Electrical, & Transmission.
Providing Direct Customer Service to Service and Resort Customers in Store.
Inventory Control Ordering and Stocking Parts and Accessories Basic Requirements of Service Technician / Apprentice:
Working knowledge of gasoline engines (automotive or other).
Marine knowledge or experience preferred, but not required.
Will train applicants from other service backgrounds.
Basic computer skills.
An understanding of efficiency and time management.
Must be organized, detail oriented, with good communication skills in both a shop and retail setting.
Resumes should include education / vocational references and past / current employment.
