Responsibilities:
Observe machine operation to detect defects.
Troubleshoot machine malfunctions and make adjustments to machines as necessary.
Inspect product for defects, and measure product to determine accuracy of machine operation, using gauges, templates, and other measuring instruments.
Review standard operating procedures and job orders to determine appropriate product specifications and work instructions.
Be able to fill out and complete daily inspection check sheets, end of shift logs with detailed communication of production and scrap.
Robust training program for all new trainees.

NSK Liberty is seeking a Machine Operator with knowledge, skills, and abilities that will serve to carry out the company objectives and the following responsibilities.
Experience /Requirements Physical Requirements:
This job requires frequent standing and walking for 8-10 hours shifts.
Frequently lift and/or move up to 25lbs and occasionally lift/or move up to 40lbs.
Constant use of hands for simple fingering, grasping, and writing.
Climbing may be required.
Vision required to examine components and final product, read paperwork, labels, line indicator signals & screens on the machines.
Must wear safety glasses and hearing protection while on the plant floor.
Hearing required for safety & communication with coworkers.
Must have ability to hear line indicators if line needs attention.
Preferred:
Any experience working in a manufacturing environment.
Any experience in machine operation, troubleshooting, set-up, change-over, maintenance, or repair.
