Energy Services Manager

This position is responsible for working the front lines of our community's energy needs as the member-facing energy technology expert.
This position is responsible for developing and promoting member programs, building, and maintaining business and community relations, and serving as the primary contact for our key accounts.

Whitewater Valley REMC is a distribution cooperative serving six counties in eastern Indiana, with over 1,800 miles of line and 27 employees serving over 11,000 meters.
Our headquarters is in Liberty, Indiana.

Whitewater Valley REMC is seeking candidates for an Energy Services Manager position.
Qualified applicants must have an associate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Electrical Engineering, Communications, or related field is required along with five years of relevant experience.
A bachelor's degree may replace some of the relevant experience requirements.
Relevant experience includes technical sales, marketing, product knowledge and management, project management, utility industry, renewable energy, construction trades, account management, and consulting.
Prior experience with member services preferred.
Training in public speaking, writing, and account management is preferred.
